Built by the person who used to run your support tool.
ONDUTYOPS builds support and operations tools for Shopify operators who are done paying more every time their store grows. Tacey caught the order problems. Arbyn handles everything else.
I was the person running these tools.
I am not a Shopify store owner who got tired of Gorgias and decided to build something better. I am the support operations professional companies like Gorgias built tools for.
For seven years I have led customer success and technical support inside high‑growth SaaS and e‑commerce companies. Customer Support Lead at DripShop.live, a live‑commerce SaaS. Technical Support Specialist at Replo (Y Combinator S21), where I owned 1,000+ tickets and helped to lift CSAT from 88% to 95% in months. Earlier, Client Success & Support Manager at OJMD Solutions, running a pod that served 60 enterprise Shopify stores and improved retention from 78% to 93%. In parallel, Support Lead at Parents Are Human, where I configured Intercom Fin AI workflows that lifted ticket deflection 22%.
I've used Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and Freshdesk in production. Not to evaluate them. As the person responsible when they failed at 2am. I designed the macros. I built the triggers. I wrote the QA playbooks. I sat on the post‑mortem calls with engineering.
And I watched every tool in this category do the same three things. Charge more as the store grew. Break under volume. Leave the hard problems for a human to clean up. The thing they sold as automation was, on a bad day, a draft queue that still needed someone like me supervising it.
For seven years I knew exactly what the right version of this tool looked like. I just couldn't build it. Then the AI models got good enough, and the wishlist became a product.
ONDUTYOPS LLC is the company I founded to build the tools I always needed and never had. Tacey: AI Fraud & Order Guard was the first, built to catch order problems before they ship. Arbyn is the second, built for everything on the support and sales side. $149 a month, flat. Everything is included. The price does not move because your store had a good month.
Six things we won't budge on.
These aren't values posters. They're the reasons Arbyn doesn't look like the other tools, and the things ONDUTYOPS would kill the product before changing.
Bootstrapped. By design.
No VCs. No advisors with opinions about the roadmap. No board pushing for a price hike next quarter. The only people ONDUTYOPS answers to are the operators paying $149 a month. That's how it stays.

We hire when skill and revenue justifies it.
ONDUTYOPS is a one‑person company today. These are the first three people I plan to hire, and the order I plan to hire them in. If you'd want any of these roles, get on the list. I'll reach out when there's a real offer to make.

Arbyn is the second app from ONDUTYOPS. It is live, $149 a month, flat. Everything is included.
