Five Shopify Functions live at checkout

Discount, Cart Transform, Delivery Customization, Payment Customization, and Cart Validation are now triggerable by Arbyn at checkout. Move discount logic, bundle pricing, and shipping option rules out of brittle code and into the agent.

Post-purchase upsells on the thank-you page

Arbyn shows a one-click upsell offer the moment an order confirms. Recommends complementary items from your catalog, ships with the original order, attributes revenue back to the agent.

Conversational product quiz

Replaces static product quizzes with a chat-style discovery flow. Customers describe what they need, Arbyn maps to your catalog, drops the right products in the cart.

Voice Fingerprint v2

Tone matching now picks up sentence-length variance, contraction frequency, and exclamation-mark usage. Operators report drafts approved without edits jumped from 86 to 91 percent.

Cart recovery proactive chat

When a customer stalls on the cart page for 90 seconds, Arbyn opens a chat with a contextual nudge based on what is in their cart. Configurable trigger, configurable copy, full A/B testing.

Faster confidence scoring

Reply confidence is now scored in under 80 ms instead of 220 ms. The review queue feels live again, especially for high-volume stores.

Refund ceiling per channel

Set different refund ceilings for email, chat, IG DMs, and SMS. Most operators run looser ceilings on email and tighter on social. Now you can.

Gmail thread merge fix

Threads with five or more participants no longer split into two distinct conversations when a reply arrives out of order.

EU data residency available

Stores with EU customers can now opt into eu-west-1 storage for all conversation and order data. Switch on from your dashboard, no migration downtime.

Smart escalation rules

Define escalation triggers in plain language. Keyword matches, value thresholds, customer tags, and country rules all supported. Anything matching routes to you with the full thread attached.

Shadow mode for the first 30

Arbyn now drafts but never sends for the first 30 conversations after install. You approve or edit each one. Only after sign-off does it go autonomous.

CSAT on every resolved conversation

Automated one-tap CSAT request fires when Arbyn closes a thread. Scores roll up to the analytics dashboard. Negative scores trigger an automatic alert for review.

Shopify timeline logging

Every action Arbyn takes (refunds, address changes, discounts, replies) writes to the Shopify order timeline. No invisible actions. Audit history lives in the same place you already check.

Instagram and Facebook Messenger

Arbyn now handles inbound DMs on Instagram and Facebook Messenger with the same voice and Shopify context as your email replies.

Confidence threshold control

Set the minimum confidence required for Arbyn to auto-send a reply. Drafts below the threshold queue for human review. Default keeps roughly 8 percent for review.

Order edits no longer double-charge

Customer-requested order edits that previously could trigger duplicate authorization on certain payment processors now correctly void the original auth first.

Zero-retention LLM agreements

All LLM subprocessors now operate under signed zero-retention agreements. Your conversation data is never used for training and never persists in their systems beyond inference.
