Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Arbyn, the AI customer support and sales platform operated by ONDUTYOPS LLC ("Arbyn", "we", "us"). By installing Arbyn from the Shopify App Store or by accessing any part of the service, you agree to these terms.

If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

The service

Arbyn provides an AI agent that handles customer support and sales conversations on behalf of Shopify stores. The agent reads incoming messages, drafts and sends replies in your voice, and executes Shopify actions you have authorized.

We update and improve the service continuously. We may add, modify, or remove features. We will not remove a feature you depend on without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for your Shopify account, the credentials you use, and the actions Arbyn takes on your behalf within the boundaries you set. You are responsible for setting and maintaining sensible escalation rules, refund ceilings, and action toggles inside Arbyn.

Billing

Arbyn costs $149/mo, billed through your Shopify account. Includes 21-day calibration.

After calibration, Shopify will charge $149/mo until you uninstall Arbyn or cancel your Shopify subscription. There are no per-conversation fees, no per-resolution fees, and no overage charges. The price covers unlimited conversations.

If we change the price of Arbyn, we will give you at least 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be grandfathered on their current rate for at least 90 days after any price change.

Acceptable use

You may not use Arbyn to:

• Send unsolicited messages, including SMS and email outside of legitimate customer-initiated support and sales contexts
• Process or store data you do not have legal authority to process
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to circumvent the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others

We can suspend or terminate any account using Arbyn in violation of this section, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Your content

You retain all rights to the conversations, replies, store data, and any other content you provide or generate while using Arbyn. We use this content strictly to operate the service for you.

You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to deliver the service, including running the AI inference required to draft and send replies.

Termination

You can stop using Arbyn at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately. We retain your data for 30 days after uninstall in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.

We can terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially or technically viable for us. Where possible we give at least 30 days notice before terminating.

Warranties and liability

Arbyn is provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated. AI-generated replies can be wrong. You are responsible for setting confidence thresholds and escalation rules that match your business and for reviewing Arbyn's actions in your Shopify timeline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms when necessary. If we make material changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Arbyn after that point means you accept the new terms.
