It's ironic that the so-called best support app has some of the worst support I've experienced. I started a trial on Shopify Plus and they still haven't been able to fix a store sync issue after a full week. It should have been resolved the same day.

Common questions

What counts as a conversation?
One email thread, one chat session, one DM thread, or one Messenger conversation. A customer replying five more times on the same thread is still one conversation. Spam, Shopify notifications, and auto-replies are filtered before counting.
Does Arbyn replace my support inbox?
It takes over the reply layer. Your email address stays exactly where it is. Arbyn reads what comes in, handles what it can, holds drafts when unsure, and sends you what needs a human. Your customers never notice the switch.
What can Arbyn do in Shopify without me?
