ARBYN FOR FASHION & APPAREL

Sizing, fit, returns. Without the back-and-forth.

The four questions that make up 70% of fashion support — does it run small, does it fit, can I exchange it, can I return it — Arbyn handles every one. Trained on your size chart, your fit guide, your return policy, and your voice.

Hi! I'm a US 8 normally — would the high-rise 27" run small? I'm between sizes and last time I sized down it was tight.
Stella · ridgeline-denim.com
Hi Stella — for the high-rise 27" I'd actually go with your usual size 8. Denim from the Crescent line runs true; only the slim straight runs about a half-size small. Your last order was a slim straight, which is why size-down felt tight.

Oh that's super helpful, thank you!

SUPPORT AND SALES, IN THE SAME INBOX

Eight fashion conversations. Five support. Three sales.

Arbyn isn't only a deflection bot — it's a revenue agent too. Half of fashion's inbox is "where's my order." The other half is "should I buy this." Arbyn handles both, on every channel, in your voice. The examples below use a fictional brand, Ridgeline Denim.

Does the Crescent skirt run true to size? I'm normally an XS.
The Crescent runs true — XS will fit like your usual XS. If you prefer a looser drape over the hip, sizing up to S is what most customers do.

Hi — torn between the slim straight and the high-rise straight. I'm 5'8", usually wear a 27. Mostly sneakers, occasionally heels.
For sneakers + 5'8", the high-rise straight gives more leg line. Most 5'8" customers in 27 land there. Slim straight is great with heels but reads dressier. Either way, your 27 is right. Want me to add the 27 high-rise to your cart?
Yes please!

When will the olive workwear jacket be back in M?
M olive is expected back the week of June 16 — about 18 days. I've added you to the restock list; you'll get a heads-up the morning it drops, before it goes live publicly.

What do people usually wear with the linen shirt? Just got it in oat.
Oat pairs most with the wide-leg trouser in fennel (relaxed weekend) or the cropped slim in black (dressier). Both in stock in your size. Want a quick look at either?
Fennel please!

Hey Maya — saw the Crescent skirt in S sitting in your cart. Heads up: only 3 left in S green. Want me to hold one for an hour while you decide, or push it through?
Hold it pls, dinner now thanks

Past customer notes — "ran small," "great drape," "color is darker IRL" — are tagged per-SKU and surface in replies.
04
Return reasons by SKU
Arbyn knows that 31% of returns on the slim straight are "too small" — and proactively offers the next size up before the return starts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Fashion's #1 cost center. Now mostly Arbyn's job.

Fashion returns are 3-4x other verticals. The hidden cost isn't the shipping label — it's the eight back-and-forth emails per return. Arbyn closes that loop in one reply.

BRAND VOICE TUNING

Sounds like your brand. Not like a chatbot.

Three different fashion brands. One identical question. Three completely different Arbyn replies — because tone, vocabulary, and rhythm come from your past emails, your homepage copy, and your team. We don't pick a "fashion voice." You do.
